Efficient electronics development through automated in-house prototyping

Testing plays a central role in the development of new products. This is a major problem, especially in electronics, where physical prototypes are required.
In order to produce a testable electronic prototype, several production steps with different production machines are necessary, which is very time-consuming and cost-intensive. For this reason, the production of prototypes are usually outsourced to external companies, which results in considerable delays in development and an increased time-to-market due to long waiting times.
Agile product development would be the wishful thinking, but due to the complexity of production, the associated external production and thus the long waiting times, it is a utopia.
In this presentation, I would like to delve into this problem, analyze the current development processes and present a solution with which we can finally develop electronics in an agile way.
