Data-driven optimization in semiconductor manufacturing

Since its introduction in November 2022, ChatGPT has taken the world by storm. However, it often takes time before such technologies make their way into production. This presentation looks at our current implementations in semiconductor manufacturing, the key challenges for efficient production, and potentials of data-driven optimization and GenAI in manufacturing.
