Digital planing, execution and controlling for capital projects (case study SuedLink)

Large capital or infrastructure projects are always faced with very complex challenges. Due to the large number of actors and ressources involved, detailled planning, control and monitoring of the execution steps is absolutely necessary in order to make optimal use of budgets and ressources.
