Robust Metallization for high power chips used by Infineon

Commonly used metallization of high power chips based on Al metal stacks. Alternative metallization stack used by Infineon includes several additional materials like NiP & Pd. Presence of these two materials metallization stacks allows to apply more reliable and more robust die attaching techniques.
