The next generation of Talent Development Programs

- next generation of executive leaders (Leadership Accelerator) and
- talented executives in function (Leading Beyond Boundaries)
Our leaders need to navigate the complexities of an increasingly interconnected world by fostering collaboration across cultures and disciplines, leveraging technology and adapting to changing circumstances with agility and resilience. For this we designed two holistic, comprehensive, competency-based development programs that run over 5-6 months to bring our leadership talents to the next level.
The audience will get insights into how we built these programs, what they entail, challenges that we are facing and what we are planning to enhance the program even further.
