At our events we want every participant – whether attendee, speaker, sponsor, or organizer – to feel safe, welcome, and respected.
Our commitment
- We celebrate diversity and are committed to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, identity, orientation, disability, appearance, or background.
- We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form – including offensive comments, unwanted advances, or disruptive behaviour.
- Communication should be respectful, constructive, and inclusive.
- We ask you to be an active bystander and intervene when someone oversteps a boundary of respect.
If something happens
If you feel uncomfortable or witness inappropriate behaviour, please reach out immediately to the organizing team (look for staff members in green lenyards). We will listen, support you, and take appropriate action while respecting your preferences.
