IC measurement technology for EMC and Security

The presentation starts with an introduction of the Langer EMV-Technik GmbH and the IC section of our product portfolio (EMC and security equipment). Afterwards some application scenarios and the advantages of the Langer IC test system will be shown. In addition, the possibilities to find security vulnerabilities of an IC using our microprobes and pulse injection tools will be explained. This helps to make an IC design more robust against external attackers.
