Creating a viable social life and a reason to stay in Saxony: InterLokal

After working with a large community of close to 3500 internationals and locals from more than 70 countries for more than 8 years in Dresden, I am sharing experience and insights about the highly sought after internationals as employees. Why do internationals choose Dresden over other cities? Why do they choose to leave? What can we do to make them stay? While some factors are out of our immediate hands, there are quite some ways local companies can take action to ensure their new international hire has reasons to stay. We will learn from success stories how important a high quality of life and relationships between internationals and locals in Dresden are and how to go about creating them.
